SMO 90th Anniversary Concert 23/10/22

The first concert in our 90th Anniversary concert series (all made possible by a grant from Create NSW and the sponsorship of the Gladesville Guitar factory) was a sell out!! What an amazing space, the Neilson Room at the Australian Chamber Orchestra’s new venue in Walsh Bay, right on Sydney Harbour brought out the warmth and beauty of our instruments magnificently! Many thanks to our wonderful conductor Werner Ruecker, soloists Stephen Lalor (mandolin),Darryl  Rule (guitar) & James Adcock (voice) for your special performances! Also to Ann Palumbo for leading our guitar section. Two of our members, Anna and Teresa also collated an historical display which will be added to for each major concert.
